Ytalex Quantantos has been running structured, practice-first workshops online since 2019, giving participants across Ireland access to exercises that reflect real workplace situations - without requiring travel or rigid schedules.

Participants do not watch someone else handle these scenarios. They handle them, receive structured feedback, and repeat with variation. Skill develops through repetition with reflection, not through observation alone.
HOW A WORKSHOP actually runs
Each workshop follows a clear sequence. The structure is deliberate - it prevents participants from skipping the uncomfortable parts where learning actually happens.
Online, always
Every session runs via browser - no software to install, no commute required. Participants join from Monaghan, Dublin, or anywhere in between.
Small groups, real feedback
Groups are kept deliberately small so feedback is specific to each participant's work - not generic advice that applies to everyone and helps no one.
Assignments drawn from real situations
Scenarios are based on common workplace communication breakdowns - not invented case studies. Participants recognise the situations because they have encountered versions of them.
Flexible scheduling
Workshops are scheduled across different time slots each month. Participants choose the session that fits their week - not the other way around.
